Do you have a case for my phone?

To see which phone models are available, please go to any phone case product page, click on your phone brand, and look for your case.

If your case isn’t on the list, you can try contacting us directly to ask. Once we confirm that we can produce a case for your phone model, we will give you a unique code to use for checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via BPI, BDO, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal).

Can I still make changes to my order?

For unpaid orders, please contact us ASAP re: changes to your order.

Paid orders can be changed until the date of payment deadline.

How do I use a coupon?

On the cart page, type or paste your coupon code in the designated box and click “Apply Coupon.”

What does pre-order mean?

All products are for pre-order only which means your order will only be sent in for production if you’ve received payment confirmation.

How do I check my order status?

Go to the Account page and click on Orders. Or visit our Order Status page.
