Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail your tracking details (courier, tracking number, and tracking link).

You can also view your tracking details in your Account page.

All products are for pre-order (unless otherwise stated in the product description) and are produced in batches. Orders are shipped out 2-3 weeks (estimate only) after payment deadline.

Recommended Courier

LBC Express is our recommended courier especially for time-sensitive packages and during peak seasons (ex. holiday season, double-digit sales like 11.11).

Additional Information

Please note that we have no control over your package once we’ve handed it over to the courier. For delayed orders, please contact the courier directly or let us know so we can follow up with the courier.

Please use the tracking number sent to your email to check your package’s status. We are not liable for packages that will be marked as Return to Sender due to incorrect shipping information or failed pick ups and we will not cover the reshipment fees for returned packages.


Exchanges

  • All product sales are final. But if your product has a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong case, we’ll exchange it with the same exact design, case type, and phone model you ordered.
  • We will accept exchanges due to manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase only. The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Postage fees spent by the customer for exchanges will be repaid in store credit*
  • If you ordered the wrong unit, you can have it exchanged but you will have to shoulder all the shipping fees.
  • To request for an exchange, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] with the ff. information:
    • Subject: Request for Exchange – Order #[your order number]
    • Product name of item to be exchanged (with phone case type and phone model)
    • Reason for exchanging
    • Please attach photo, if possible for faster processing
